Civil service law refers to legal norms and provisions that regulate the legal status and rights of civil servants, i.e. employees in the public sector, and state and local institutions. This branch of law covers issues related to employment, working conditions, rights and obligations of officials, disciplinary procedures, promotion, transfer, and other aspects of employment in the public sector.
